I have a center shot gauge I use to set up my bow. I set it to the center of my strings then flip it over to set my rest so it lines up with the center of my arrow. When I do this my fletches will hit my bow frame unless I turn the nock so the arrow is sideways... well sideways to me any way. Does anyone else have a Reezen? Is this right? You can't use a centershot gauge on a single cam. Set the arrows center at 11/16" from the riser and walk back to from there.
Awesome... ok so explain this. Why can't you use a center shot gauge on a solocam? And where does the 11/16 number come from. Really appreciate any help. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
I am not sure the reason it doesn't work, something to do with the geometer I think. I see it answered at Mathews forum a few times. The 11/'16 comes from Mathews built the Reezen (and many of there bows) to that number as a start point.
Thanks. I will go and check out the Mathews forum and see if I can find anymore information. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
I had a Reezen a couple years back. As was stated earlier, start at 11/16, paper tune and walk back tune. When I broad head tuned, I had to kick it out a hair, ended up at 12/16". Hope this helps. SCFox
