Wanna bring this one back to the top incase anyone else has any input. Thinking of picking up a newer, used Mathews as aback up/late season bow. 80lbs is tough to draw when its -10 lol. So want a smoother, lighter bow for then. So far Z7X is winning followed by Chill R then Heli-m.

And... THAT is the answer - the one that you just can't put down! I found it to be the new Chill I purchased this year... to me it's an awesome bow and just feels like a natural extension of my very being (plus I can hold it back all day after adding the Rock Mods)!

The ChillR is great. Light. Quiet. Smooth and fast. With that said Nov. 5th they should be coming out with their new bows.

I've never shot another Mathews, but I love my Heli-m.

I think it depends on how long you've been shooting. If you're proficient with a bow, one of the shorter axle to axle models will be a nice fit. Personally, I like the forgiveness of a longer axle to axle bow...or maybe I'm justifying my model...but the Z7 is my fav

Can't deny it the z7 is a great shooting but I really like my CreedXs to ! Seemed to shoot the creedxs better then any of the other bows ! Although a longer axle to axle would be nice when I shoot 3d
