The roller are the right direction. It is either the bar is bent left or the holes weren't drilled straight and the entire bar is angled left instread of straight. If it is just a bent roller bar that is an easy fix and they will just send his shop a new one. If the holes weren't drilled straight they will have to replace the entire riser.
Didn't realize it was carbon. Then it clearly was misdrilled. Not sure how that would happen but anything is possible. Sure Mathews will replace the riser pretty quick.
I am no archery expert, but is this rod intended to be rotated/adjusted? I know nothing about Mathews bows, but this same component on PSE's (although different...no rollers) is shaped with a couple shallow bends which allow you to rotate it as necessary. I had to adjust mine slightly to allow for vane clearance...
Ok its a easy fix for him take it back to the shop you bought it from. The rollers should be bent away from the shelf on the bow which his are. The rod is made of carbon so it can not be bent. Most likely was just drill wrong and sent out if he bought it new they will replace it no problem. I would like to hear from him as to what his shop and mathews said was the problem and how they fixed it
