I am wanting to change my bow from a 27 inch draw to a 28 inch draw. I've been working with some guys on my shooting and we've found that 27 is just too short. That is how the bow was when I bought it and I more made it work for me than me for the bow. Now it's just umcomfortable and I'm shooting terrible.

With that said, how do I change this? A guy I know has a press and can do it, but I want to be able to tell him how.
As it sits, the cam has 3 pegs the string is on "1", "2" and "3". The bow is on the "1" peg. Can I just move it to "2"? Will that change it?
I'd write Mathews myself but my work computer doesn't allow me to do that... stupid flash player and no admin rights...

Thanks for your help again all.

Now that I am home and looking at it, it is set on "3" and the pegs are 1-3.
Come on guys, surely someone has had experience with one of these in the past.

I got mine with a 29" cam and ended up needing a 30" draw length. I had to order a whole new cam that was 30".

    I have this figured out.
If you look at your cam, it has an ID on it.
You can take that ID and match it to one of their manuals in that time frame.
That will give you the max draw length. From there, your bow has 3 pegs (1-3). In this case, my bow is actually a 29 inch cam (max). I am on peg #3 which is a 28 inch draw length. That is the lowest dl the bow will achieve with that cam. If I move to peg #2 I will move the dl to 28.5 and #1 will be 29".

This was a lot of new info to me. Honestly I thought the bow matched my dl which I thought was 27". This is thanks to the good people at a popular sporting goods store in central Indiana.
