Hey guys, I have never really had an issue with torque on my bows because i have a grip that is super consistent and i do the same thing every time and have my hand in the same place. I shoot a Mathews Z7 extreme and if you guys have shot this bow you know that the stock wood grip is quite bulky, although i love the look and feel of it, what is your opinion on the Focus Grip or similar products from Mathews.

The focus grip is ok. But my question is if you don't have a problem with torque why introduce something new? If you were having issues it might make sense to try but if not you won't gain a lot.

I had them on all my Mathews in the past and really liked the focus grip.

I had one on my Creed and loved it... really helped w/ the torque you can create w/ the thick wood grip

I have one on my Heli-m and love it, def helped my grip and eliminate the possibly of torquing my bow. The angle it has to the back of the grip just fits in the pocket of my hand perfectly. I too liked the wood grip, but once I made the switch I wish I had done it sooner.

It works, I do like the ridge in my palm, gives me more consistency.
