I am looking at buying a Mathews DXT from a guy in New York. Heres his post..
Mathews DXT Excellent Condition and fully equiped. 28" draw length 60-70 lb capability.
With Mathews Case, Mathews Down Force Rest, Carbon Express Stabilizer, Beman Arrows, G5 Peep, G5 Peep aligner, Viper Site, TruFire release, String Loop.

Was going to offer $500, will go to $600 if necessary. Should i buy this bow and is it a good deal? Iv done research on this bow and others i am just not sure what used retail prices are. Thank you in advance, any info is helpful

I'm figuring retail on that would be 1100-1200. My DXT was worth every penny. It's an awesome bow, especially for something that small. First thing you should do is get rid of the Zebra/Barracuda string/cables and get something quality so you can get rid of the peep aligner. Mathews bows are great but their strings are crap.

Also be aware that this is a draw length specific cam so if the one you're buying doesn't fit you, you're going to have to spend 50 - 100 bucks on a new cam depending on if you can find one used or not and someone is going to have to press the bow to change it out.

I hear that a lot, but I have no complaint's at all with mine. I've been shooting the same Zebra Barracuda string for three years now with no problems at all and I don't need a peep aligner. I dunno. Maybe I just got lucky.
