Over a year and a half ago I upgraded to an electric digital smoker, loved it, after awhile I nhad trouble with temp control, contacted masterbuilt, They thought it may be the element so sent new one, aftewr a few tries this did not seem to fix situation, Contacted Masterbuilt again the other day, Theuy said they are sending new electronic control unit, This is way after the warranty period, I give them credit !

i have a propane masterbuilt and i had to contact them about my burner and they got back to me right away on how to resolve my issue
