Very nice. I am about 1 month in to my first major remodel as a homeowner. I went to re-caulk the tub and noticed that water had been seeping underneath from an old/bad caulk job. I started pulling up linoleum to find a nice view of the crawl space from my bathroom. Needless to say, it ended up being a total gut job. I had to go as far as removing the tub (cast iron) to install the new floor and then set it back in place. I bet that damn thing weighed 350 lbs! I don't know how I did it on my own, but I did it nonetheless. There was an old full size double hung window in the shower that I removed and replaced with a smaller vinyl awning window. Now it's just time to finish the new electrical and it'll be time for tiling and drywall. It's my first time attempting either project so this should be a pain in the a$$! Hopefully I can get this finished before Christmas or it'll be real interesting when the entire family shows up for the holidays.
