    wonder if they would ever hunt in some of the eastern states on public land where it is really 100% fair chase. where it is way harder with the added pressures of extra hunting seasons mixed in. and with unknown hunters invading the woods your hunting? no food plots (unless the government puts them in). land that is not posted. a challenge like that would really show what they are made of. I'm sure they would be successful.

    They've spent untold probably millions and years worth of work and effort owning and developing their land so they can enjoy hunting it and occasionally killing a monster like that. I don't understand what the motivation would be to leave it to go hunt public land. I don't think they have a damn thing to prove at this point.

    Yep. Almost to a T to what I was gonna say.

    They do put in a lot of work, probably more than 90% of the members on this forum Why would they leave the place they created to prove something on public land?

    Wouldnt matter what scent control products I used if I saw one like that. I'm certain they don't make a product that covers up the poo smell that would be coming from my unders. I will probably live my whole life and never even see a buck like that!
