What is the best mapping program out there, Google Earth leaves a little to be desired.

I really like the mapping program at the mossyoak forum. It lets you do topo/aerial overlays - which I find super helpful. Otherwise, check out your state DNR website, Wisconsin and a couple other states I know have a decent program that is free to the public.

I forgot about the birdseye view on old Live.com/Bing search engine. That is a cool feature!

Peak, that is a cool program. I just downloaded it. The birdseye is going to do some things that the other program I use cannot help me with my mapping. The 3D also gives me a cool perspective to think a bit. THANK you.
