I bought a pest control business last year. We have around 600 clients (for now) that have their houses treated basically in the months of May and June. It's quite the intense fire drill getting to all of them. Time is of the essence. What I'm looking for is a way to map out routes for best proximity to eliminate any excess travel and maximize our time. We cover roughly a 30 mile radius. I have a list of all addresses. Was wondering if anyone knew of a program or any other ideas that would make scheduling life easier. Thanks.
If you know anyone at a trucking or delivery company, they may be able to help you out. I know there are some very impressive programs available at a commercial level. But, the ones my customers use are also very expensive. There has to be a reasonable alternative for a business like yours. Sounds like you are definitely on the right track to simplify your life and increase your bottom line. Good luck!
