Is anyone just numb to this stuff? I've been an Irish fan since I was born and I wasn't enamored by the story when she was real. I'm equally disinterested in it now. To me, the guy can play and plays with passion. He can have a funeral for a blowup doll if it floats his boat, I'm good with it.
Guys these Te'O jokes are funny and all, but lets not lose sight of the fact that a fake girl lost her life in this mess.
numb to the "most decorated college football player of all time" making up a story about his girlfriend, having interviews about her, then killing her, then parlaying that sympathy into winning awards and almost winning the Heisman? No. I'm not numb of that.
I must live partially under a rock, I didnt know who this guy was until last night. I didn't understnad the full story until reading more this morning. This has got to be one of hte funniest things ever. THe T-shirt & trevor's jokes had me howling!
I wonder if they will make a movie about this at ND. Rudy had stuff made up in it, now they can make entire made up movie.
And Rudy is kinda a scum bag in real life. Between NY's gun laws and Te'o's (is that how you puncuate his name?) hoax, my life is crumbling before my eyes. Hopefully my girlfriend doesn't come out of the closet this weekend.
Whats with this keeping your girl friends locked away like this, it can't lead to a healthy relationship.
