I feel like this should be a sitcom, but it's not a funny one. Will see how fast these two roll on their "friends" to save their own skin. I have a feeling a lot of people in Washington will be going down, on both sides the aisle.
I disagree, Myself and many have said from the beginning of this investigation that he will have to charge somebody. they can't spend all this time and money and not come away with somebody. but nothing that will tie back to the campaign or administration. Much like the Birther issue, this was meant to keep Russia collusion in the news as long as possible.
Still a witch hunt. They just made up charges on someone close to Trump trying to get him to cough up some dirt to charge Trump. These crazy liberals need to be hammered into oblivion.

Odds are they end up with plea deals and it all disappears. They only wanted to make it look like they were investigating "Russian Collusion". Nobody in DC really wants to open the Pandora's box of corruption in politics.

^This!! Both sides are threatened by a non politician President Trump. They are playing along just enough to not look like blatant obstructionists, but enough to team up against the "outsider President" and nothing is getting done. I'm not sure I understand their end game here because the state of our Congress is really really bad and the public knows it. Until we replace 95% of Congress, things are only going to continue getting worse.
They are hoping that they will be able to blame trump as an outsider for the lack of things getting done. I think the voting public will blame those in congress more and start voting those in office out for new replacements.
It's nice not being a lemming, I think will find out the Russians played Clinton and Trump campaigns like a fiddle, and heads will roll all over the place in DC.
I believe what we are seeing is exactly what Russia would want. Democrats and Republicans pointing the fingers at each other and the People not believing in their elected officials.
For sure, I didn't say otherwise but there are so many laws on the books if they wish they can find something to charge anyone with at any time. They use it as leverage for a longer end game and to accomplish larger goals. So is McCain and Grahm...doesn't make them any less devious, it also doesn't make them act like real republicans should act.
Reading some of the indictment. Brings up some fundamental questions. If a person makes money outside of the US, should that money be subject to US taxes? They are calling it laundering but it doesn't seem to fit. Laundering is taking money from illegal activities (ex. drug trafficking) and making it appear as legal funds. From the sounds of it, its not that he made the money, it is he did not properly disclose and pay taxes on it. Clearly has nothing to do with Russian Collusion which the investigation was supposed to be about.

Especially considering it is tax evasion in the Ukraine which last I checked wasn't even part of Russia.
