After I got home from the ATA Show I had a nice suprise waiting for me on the front porch. My Captain had arrived. Well I finally got it set up and accessorized. For now I have an Extreme RT1000 sight with .019 pins on it and a Trophy Taker Shakey Hunter rest. As soon as they are available I am putting an Octane Trip Wire Rest on it.
I thought I would see a QAD HD on that bow! Great lookin' bow John. I bet that was a great present to come home to!!

Yeah, Mobow has been struggling with a bad case of Double Post-itis as of late. He is really just trying to up his post count.
jmb, the design is similar to the guardian. What's the primary difference between the two. Faster/smoother? What is the advantage the riser being bent foward like that? What attributes made you want to buy this model?
The QAD won't fit on the Captain. I would have to saw off the arm that Keeps the arrow in place to make it work. It will have to go another one.
FasT and SMOOTH!! Got the 20 Yard pin setup in the basement. Too cold outside to get the rest set. Ready for some 3D??:evil:
The Captain has roller guards instead of cable slides, has a built in string suppressor and I think a little faster. The riser angleing forward is to allow for the center pivot to absorb more shock from the limbs. The draw length is multi adjustable without changing out mods on the new models also and let off is fine tunable.
