If you really want a Z7 then sell your Allegiance. You will have No problem selling it at all. IMO it is one of the Best Hunting bows ever built.

Personally I was Not impressed with the Z7 that much but that is why they make so many bows, to make one for everyone :)

I assume you were talking about my Alegence and for that reason I won't be selling it. You need 2 bows and it's been a while since I"ve had 2. I have a stash put aside so I just might make the plunge.

You should be able to find a used Z7 on ebay or somewhere for less than what you'll pay for a brand new one. They didn't change anything from 2010 to 2011 on that model, so why not? Solves your monetary dilemma and gets a "new to you" bow in your hands. :tu:

I've been shooting my Z7 Xtreme Tactical quite a bit and I have to admit, I love this little bow!

Why do you need 2 bows?
I'm in the same situation as you Rutin, except that is going to happen Saturday. Yes, I will post pics.

I have been comtemplating the same issue. I want the Z7 but I do not wanna sell my switch back xt.
But what I have found out is that you may have to sight your bow in for different conditions (the Z7) a friend of mine that is a rep for mathews said that the cold weather might have a bit of an affect on it but so does my xt.
Good luck hope you find away to get one

I took the plunge and it was good. I got a bear strike last year and decided to keep it just in case. But the difference between the two is night and day. Love the z7x.

It's the background on this site sending you subliminal messages Rick. Kind of when they flash pictures of soda and popcorn that you can't even see before the movie starts. Next thing you know you have your wallet out with a tub of popcorn and giant ass pepsi.

p.s. I want one too. I'm buying a toy this year. It's down to new set of irons or another bow.

Lots of good bows out there, buy what ever you want! Half the fun is picking one out and getting it all setup.

If I was in the market, it would be a must shoot, for me also.

I like the Z7. Great bow. Now my size. I like em longer ATA.

After cracking a limb on my allegience, I was leary of it. Got rid of it. Then got a cracked limb on my liberty. You could imagine how I felt.

Rick, you ought to try out the hoyt line. I love em. I won't go back.

There was a couple guys in the shop I was in last weekend talking about their Bowtechs and had they had cracked their limbs. They both switched to Hoyt and were saying the same.

Everybody owes it to themself. I hate to say it, but I am officially a fanboy. Its the first one I ever owned, and after 8 years of bowtech's, 6 years of PSE, and 8 years of Browning, and 4 years bear, I am officially thrilled so far.

Had the bow tuned in 20 min. No joke. Strings need to go. But other than that, I am happy. While everyone else is forgetting thier 6'4 shooters, they still pump out 35+ ATA shooters.
