my man cave in in process of being built... I've got about 800sq ft divided into two rooms... unfortunately my bow shop at this point is still on the kitchen table largely cuz I don't have the tools (and knowledge) to have one proper... when I do though it will be in the garage on my work bench out there... hope to have pics of the completed basement before the first of the year...

a while back we got into a discussion about his martin, i'm very jealous of that guit-fiddle... and I'm an electric player myself who's wanting to get a decent acoustic... just can't afford a D28... I'll probably hafta settle for a low end martin, though that is still kind of above my budget for what I need it for... a low end yamaha or somethin would probably fill my needs fine... but a vitnage d28 would be da shiznit...:D

Check out the taylor 110. Fantastic guitar. Affordable. If you want to get even more affordable. Some of the New Washburns are impressive, as are the Ibanez Artwood series, Especially if you can find one from around 2002.

I am in a heavy metal band and I sing original country for solo stuff, heheh So i know the feeling of wantin to cross over,

I just ordered up a low end Epi from GC... it was the right price for what I needed, for now, especially with the huntin season upon us and my man cave still in progress so fundage is a bit tight... I mostly play blues stuff and I'm a big fan of David Gilmour/Pink Floyd so my MIA strat and an acoustic should cover me pretty good... and I'll probably work on some country to make the wife happy as she's a big (new) country fan (chesney, paisley, kieth, etc)

Yes he is. He really really rips.
I dont think he is up to Paisleys level with the pull offs and speed and whatnot, but a great guitarist. I cant stand country "singers" for the most part, Learn to play.... lol
