I find this term pretty amusing. Where did it come from and what's the purpose? Is it a room no women are allowed in? Do you need to have one because your wife won't let you decorate any other parts of the house with a mount or outdoor things?

Me have man cave. Me no like women in man cave. Me drink beer and watch sports with other men.

Or I just have a finished basement...or simply, a basement. I guess that doesn't sound as cool?

I would guess its holdover from our cave-man days.

All i know is, Hooker will do the interior design for my next one. I just love earth tones.:hail:

I would hope so, because most of them I have seen look hideous. :)

Really, camo belongs on clothes made to wear in the woods. Not as wallpaper or on furniture.

I never had a man cave. I get to control the decor in two places in our house. The garage and the basement. The rest is up to her and I’m fine with that.

I do not have a man cave.

Although I do hang my turkey fans in my garage, so I guess it could be considered my man cave, although I do allow my wife to park her care there.

I always found the term amusing as well. Heck, half the mounts In my parents house were animals shot by my mom with her bow.

We have a coal room, it's dark and slightly cave-like.

Haven't seen any men in it lately.

Ummmm, no. I just don't care to show off my kills constantly or feel I need to prove anything. (That wasn't directed at you Pat)

But since you asked.... Right now I'm looking at 4 whitetail shoulder mounts, three are mine and one is Jill's, a full mount bear (Jill's), a bear rug, wolf rug, 2 tanned wolf hides, tanned fisher hide, whitetail euro, muley euro, antelope euro, elk euro, wolf skull and a bear skull. Upstairs I have 2 whitetail shoulder mounts and an elk shoulder mount in the garage. My kitchen cabinets are lined with sheds I have found, including a single side 106 3/8" whitetail shed. Plus another hundred or so sheds that I brought back from Canada....most of which I left up there or gave away over the years, probably another 500 of them. The turkeys I've killed with the bow I've given the fans away, they don't do a lot for me. There's also a couple fish mounts somewhere as well as 3 more of my whitetail shoulder mounts at my parents house.

Now, how's that turkey hunting with a bow going for ya? :poke::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Nope, but Patty likes to think I haven't killed anything because I don't post pics of those kills all the time. I'll post after I kill something and then rarely after that.

    Now, the last few seasons......
