I wasn't saying the brat didn't deserve it; I'm just saying they don't much care about civil rights. If this happened to a US airline there is no way the FBI isn't in the pilots' residences the very next day.
We get so worried about crap like this but have cities like Chicago where 500+ people are murdered every year.
Unsolvable problem. Missing airplanes seem more "fixable". Plus there is no mystery in Chicago...everyone knows exactly what happens there...
I can have pretty good control over whether or not I get murdered in Chicago, but anyone could be on a plane that gets hijacked.
I'll argue that for those living in inner city Chicago have a harder time moving away than I do of not flying. I agree that the rarity of the event and mystery behind it is why it makes such headline news though.
Tell me about it. Lol. Though the invention of tapatalk and long return trips from hospitals has skyrocketed my post count.
I think one of the main reasons this story is getting so much play is the justified concern that a plane carrying 250 innocents could be flown into a building containing 3000 more innocents....
It could be far worse than this too...disappearing, with little trace just amps up concerns of what could happen. Oh and it's 7000+ mile also a concern.
