I currently have a canon xa10 and a nikon dslr I use for filming my hunts. They have been awesome to me and have gotten quite a few kills of film with them. However, I'm thinking about upgrading from my xa10. Any suggestions? Been told to look at the Sony's.

You cannot go wrong with the Sony cameras. I guess it all depends on what you want to do and what you are looking for. Are you wanting to go with the Sony video cameras or the Sony mirrorless? The trend when you talk to a lot of the independent producers within the industry circles is the Sony mirrorless systems. I personally run an A6500 as my main camera and love it.
