Does anyone have a favorite or good way to prepare Mahi Mahi?

The gentleman who lives where I hunt have me 4 fillets but I have never cooked it before.

I'm looking for a way without a fryer because we don't own one.

Thanks for reminding me...I should add that if I need anything for it that I can find it at a basic grocery store and be able to pronounce it.

My cooking skill level is slightly above french toast.

Salt, pepper, and grill to medium rare. Some people like a salsa on top, but I don't think it is a necessity.

Or you could bake it with an herb and sesame seed or panko crust.

Or you could bake them, flake them, and make fish tacos. Mahi Mahi is kinda like the chicken of the fish world. You can do basically anything with it.

Citrus seasoning is my favorite for mahi mahi... just season and grill.
