A lot of people like them. They are a great penetrating head that will go through almost anything and are a great choice for low poundage set-ups. They have a lifetime warranty. Tfox who used to post here a lot and knows his smit swears by them.

My biggest question is why do people buy them and then go ask for people's opinions? I see it all the time. Why not ask for others opinions before you buy them? Just wondering.

    They fly great for me.
Shot a deer at about 15 yards with one and the deer didnt know it was shot, just clean through.
The exit was kind of small and plugged with gunk so blood trail was weak.

On the positive side the deer didnt really react to being shot, stark contrast to when i use the big rage heads, those deer know they've been hit and take off like a bat out of hell

I have shot quite a few deer in the past 40 years as an avid bowhunter and only once have had the fabled scenario of shooting a deer that simply went back to eating. Oddly enough, it was with a 4 blade Magnus Buzzcut.....which I would not have predicted at all. Big doe feeding on acorns about 20 yards out when I shot her, did a little quick-step forward, twitched her tail, and went right back to sucking up a few more acorns. Then she slowly wandered off. I've heard folks retell this same story, but that was the first for me.

Never shot the Buzzcuts but shoot Snuffers SS. Magnus is a top notch company and good blades. Dad knew best so follow his lead.

Buzzcuts are excellent heads. I always say if you cornered me and said that you can only take one broadhead to the woods to hunt deer/elk/bear/etc, I would pick the 4 blade Magnus Buzzcut every time. They fly well. They cut and keep cutting as they drive through an animal. And they come with the best customer service, no questions asked lifetime replacement warranty in the business.
