I'm thinkiong about giving Magnus Broadheads a try this year because they look super destructive and durable. If you had a choice of shooting any of the magnus heads for big game hunting, what would it be? I'm definitely going to be shooting a 100 grain head. Let's hear your thoughts.

I like cutting diameter so I'd be choosing the 3 blade Snuffer. I shot them for 18 years and had stellar results with them. My dad shoots the Magnus II 2 blade. Very good head as far as I'm concerned as well. If you were to shoot any of these 2 heads I listed you would have to sharpen them when you get them. I'm currently shooting Outbacks as of right now trying them out but I will not hesitate to go back to my 1 1/4 cutting diameter 3 blade Snuffers.

There's also a lifetime warranty on these heads, can't go wrong with that. Prices are probably one of the cheapest out there too. I'm not a fan of all their BH's but most of them I think are very strong and durable.

Snuffer all the way! I also like the 2 blade Stinger with the bleeders!

I used the buzzcuts last fall and was very impressed. Short trails with lots of blood. Highly recomend them

Be prepared to deal with a bunch of problems if you use these heads.

Sighting in your bow will take much less time.

The X on your targets gets beat up pretty quickly.

Your arrows will pass through deer with ease.

You will have trouble not getting blood on your boots and clothes as you track a deer.

Tracking may get boring when you already saw the deer fall.

Bloody arrows can be tough to pull out when buried 10 inches in the ground.

Your freezer gets over run with bags full of venison.

You end up making tons of jerky for friends and family.

Possible carpal tunnel from filling out so many tags.

Your truck will be littered with taxidermy receipts.

The list is endless.........if you don't mind dealing with all that crap then by all means buy them.

Oh yea, one more thing.........they're not even expensive!!! What a nightmare.

I just bought the Stinger 2 Blade with the two bleeders. Very sharp out of the package. I love the 0.40 thick blades. They shoot perfect with my FP's (my bow is in tune) .

I have a good feeling these heads are going to be great. :D
