How do you make one and what would it cost to make one. It could be alot of fun.

Looks awesome? Just curious, how much does it cost total to make a decent homebrew? That's something I've wanted to get into for a while now.

Also, how complicated are they to make from start to finish?

Thanks fellas...I appreciate the kind words.

The build price depends on how much you buy the camera for. I try to stay around the $30 mark for a used camera (this applies to the P32). Other models are more expensive and I've only built two P32 homebrews. The initial build will cost you more but some of those supplies will be available for several builds. I can build these for approx $115 or so.

Its not very hard. The hardest part is probably "hacking" the camera but there are some good tutorial videos or pictures out there that will guide you step by step.

I have some experience in microelectronics, soldering, wiring, etc but if you've never been around any of that...it can be picked up pretty quickly.

That is something I have always wanted to do. I bought one that just crapped out on me and would love to learn. This one that crapped out could be fixed. It had a sony cyber shot camera and the mother board crapped I think.
