Graf picked one up a few months ago and he loves it. He actually got rid of his Windows machine at home, and his Windows laptop and only uses the MacBook now.

I just can't bring myself to get a Mac though. I feel like I'd have to wear corduroy pants and a scarf everywhere I went if I did that. I'd have to buy a VW Jetta too.

Even with the picture painted by Justin, I still plan for a MacBook Pro to be my next computer purchase.

Yeah, I guess ya can't buy a Mac at Wallmart so you 2 fellas may never know what your missin! LOL!!!!!

Every computer I have ever owned has been a Mac! I couldn't get on the www if my life depended on it using a PC, no thanks! Lol, once ya go Mac, ya never go back.....

I'm going from a G3 iBook to the brand new MacBook Pro, 250 hard drive, 4G of RAM, 2.4 dual core 2, 10 hour battery, SD card slot and illuminated keyboard.....the works! I skipped right over the G4 processors, gonna be a fun machine!

I gotta show off my legs somehow! :nana:

Have fun with your Mac. You have to take out a 2nd mortgage to afford it? :D

I became extremely disappointed in myself when I bought my first Apple product the other day (iPod Touch). I'm like Justin, I felt like I needed to be wearing a sweater vest:D It's nice, though. I build my systems, so Apple will most likely always be out.

So convince me there are no compatibility issues as the Mac's reputation still holds from what I hear.

I tell ya, this thing flies........... when i hooked up my external drive to import my pics, 4500 high quality digital pictures loaded in about 3 minutes!

iTunes, 7000 songs in about 4 minutes...... I was amazed, thought it would take forever! NOT!

I've had my 2nd new Dell for about 15 months or so and use AVG Anti Virus Free version with no problems at all.
