Lyme disease

    2 years ago my wife got it. I had the rash no symtoms (doxycycline for both of us). The land my buddy has in WI was the problem. He got it as well and two of the neighbors. Remember it's the deer tick(really tiny like a pinhead) not the brown dog tick (much larger). Spraying down helps. Rubber boots help. Spraying all your clothes with permethrin helps. Not sure what you mean by seed ticks? the tiny deer ticks that carry Lyme disease never grow into the bigger dog ticks.

    Thanks, I know we have several species around here. The most prevalent are the common brown dog tick, kinda big. The deer ticks that cause Lyme disease have been on the upswing near the Wisconsin Dells and those are really tiny, kinda like what you posted.

    Wow they really are small i cant belive you can have up to two hundred of them on you at once!!! i wonder if they have nests and thats how you can really get them bad?:confused:
