I have owned two of my LW climbers for several years now. The last two years the belts have started to squeak against the metal close to the clamps in both the hand climber and the platform. Contacting LW directly last year they recommend replacing the traction belts every 5 years. I have 2 complete stands and one sit and climb top. That is 5 traction belts at 20 bucks each. Not a very exciting spend. Anyone else replace their belts and or are there any alternatives which are as safe and effective as the factory?
i havent yet but i do have a pesky one.... i just keep it as my bottom stick and watch it as im going up or coming down. i did see that they are selling replacements. prob just gonna have to bite the bullet same as you and replace one of these days =-(
