So I just got off the phone with my proshop. I was calli.g them to see if they had any LW hangs still in stock and this is what I was told since im more than a regular there. "Ill tell ya what Jake, ive got 2 in stock that ill sell to you at a price of $150.95 each. You dnt have to buy both of them." He then informed me i should wait a week(which was fine by me cuz i had to put money asidd anyways) because LW reps including the owner were just in here and told me i would have thier brand new, not released yet, models inhere next week. If i do by the 2 he has in right now for $150.95 ea he said he would give me a new model at dealer cost. Now, has anyone heard anything about thier new models. All i was told was they were now a bronze color...
The new ones are sweet! I checked them out at the factory a couple weeks back. They made some sweet improvements. Mostly, the "V" area of the assault has a better angle that will allow for a much better fit on all trees. Also, the bow holders have been updated to work with any of the new bows, and the best thing I think; the assaults now have the large seat! That's a killa set-up! The finish has also never looked better!
Instead of the T shaped bow holder it now has the wolf logo which is parrall limb friendly, finish looks alot better and the V bracket is alot nicer. The $150.95 stands are probably that China made ones.... They still work just as great, I bought 7 off Jarrod the owner not to long ago. The newer version is def nicer though. Do you have LW Sticks? If not save on buying the other stand and get 4 sticks.... you'll never be more happy.
The ones hes givin me are American made and he normally has them listed at $209.99 but since I bought a vicxen and an element 2 dozen arrows and all new accessories he hooks me up. Lol But im gunna get one of the old versions n then get 2 of the assult2s. Im gunna get 8 sticks... only downfall of have the wife hunting is I gotta buy double everything... lol must be rough to be a stay at home mom haha gotta love her tho
