My gosh. That is a crazy evening. Safety first! I'm glad I have no similar story to share with the team. You win the perseverance award for this week.

I think Billy is inviting everyone south of NY to come hunt with him. Is that what this looks like. Road trip!!!! I'll pick you up JD! Where's the rest of our gang? I can get a school bus!

I want to keep complaining but every sit I've see deer this year with the exception of one.

This little spiker came through at 645 this evening. I may be moving my stand tomorrow. He came in and stayed to the corn, I'm willing to bet the does are doing the same thing.

I'm in Dallas, PA. Not that far from the NY border. Usually head to Oswego for Steelhead once a year.

I'm in the Canadaigua area, you could always hit Irondequoit creek for steels and come out and kill some deer! I'm probably an hour or so closer than oswego

So this little guy came out into the corn the other night and it dawned on me that they probably come into the corn as a staging area since they have alot more security there. I decided to move my stand over about 50 yards or so. I also found a few brand new (green) rubs on the trail they are using to come into the field. I'm heading out this evening to see what I can do!

Good luck! Lets get some points on the board!

I'll be heading to Northern MN duck hunting with some buddies this weekend but after that I'll be in the tree every chance I get.

They cut all the other fields, the one to the right is cut where I was the other day. They left the left side standing because it only grew to about thigh high. They aren't cutting it at all. It's perfect

I'll hit the last 2 hours tomorrow night in an area I never hunted but, have a doe tag. Will find a tree for the lone wolf to strike one down!

Also. Just put vacation in for the last 6 huntable days in the archery season.

Sounds like most of y'all are seeing some movement in the stand. I have been out a few times this year and had a couple close calls but just didn't get it done. Been focusing on trying to get my daughter her first archery deer with her cross bow. I will be heading out Friday morning though as it's supposed to be down to 41 here. Hopefully it has them on there foot and moving.

Only 3 teams who aren't on the board. I'm making something happen tomorrow. I'm all about fun but I'm also quite competitive lol
