Heading out this weekend to hang a gate at the entrance of Property #2. Adding some cedar fence posts and new barb wire. Hanging some new USA trail cams, refreshing a mock scrape, checking my stand, refill feeder and refreshing a mineral site. 15 more days and GAME ON!!
I'm interested in seeing how well the USA trail cams work. Been thinking about about getting one to try.
Last year I passed up countless 3 1/2 yr old deer and based on my trail cam pics this year, it really paid off!!! Check out the buck on the right. Man both of those bucks are nice. Best of luck with either one. Maybe next pull will have him moving in the day. Been practicing with the longbow since my new string showed up yesterday. Waiting on my broadheads for the compound to show up tomorrow. Ordering some Steel force phatheads in 190gr and some Easton Camo Hunters for the longbow. That will have me shooting a 587.5gr arrow out of it. Man I can't wait for season to start!

24 hours from now, I'll be climbing into my stand for the first sit of the year boys! Going to be 90 degrees but I need to feed my addiction! Lungbusters or Die!!!

Got my DRTs yesterday. Went to tune them and they hit with my field points. Can't wait to try them on a whitetail!
