Im tossing around the idea of using Lumenoks but I like to keep my arrow pretty light. Im shooting around 307 now, if I go to a Lumenok will the weight hurt me that much? Would like to stay over 300fps. Any input will be appreciated..
i have tried the luminoks and i spent 10 dollars for nothing it broke the day i used it, i really like the light up knocks they help out so much, but the ones i like are the tracer nocks
Naa , your only gaining between 10 and 12 grains to your arrow from a standard nock , i dont have any change in arrow flight at all when i use them from my standard Bohning Blazer double lock nocks , i actually use the Lumenok double lock blazer nocks that are Bohnings , there not available to the public .
i use the carbon express lighted nocks because they are the only ones that fit in my maxima hunters, but it love them! you see where you hit the target exactly and it's way easier to find your arrow
I used Luminocks for years and they were ok but the new ones I have been using are the Nocturnals and they work great and they fit in the carbon express and they make them for the easton axis as well.
I also you the burt coyote lumenok and will not use another lighted nock. I love them and have never had 1 fail under the correct application lol. they do not seem to slow the arrow down any at least to the naked eye and you can easily see exactly right where your arrow goes after it leaves the bow string. good luck in your selection and trials
