I have one of these my sister gave me as a gift several years ago. I can't find the directions online or even the exact process of using this thing. Anyone have any experience with this smoker? I am completely clueless. I have a bag of the fine hickory chips all I want to do is make venison jerky, thats it and all I will use it for.

i have 2 and i love em!!! they are a "cool smoker" which means they take a little time to get the job done, but makes for an intense flavor!! Thanks guys, one question if temp is in the teens here can I have the smoker outside? Will it still heat enough do you know?
