    I'm curious to find out how you like the lil acorn camera. I looked at them awhile ago and thought they had a lot of nice options. What are your thoughts? NIce pictures...

    Well I bought this cam since the wife wouldn't let me buy another Reconyx yet. So for the price of this cam I am very pleased with it. I have had it in the woods now for 2and a half months the cam has taking a little over 8000 pics and battery meter has not dropped at all (using 8 lithium batt). The small compact size helps to hide cam easily. I have not had it take video or do the time lapse yet, i prefer lots of still pics of all angles to identify different bucks. The cam has some motion blur but I expected that out of a cheaper cam. I think this cam is a steal for the price compared to all the features, batt life, trigger speed, viewer screen, and the most important to me is you cannot see the ir flash. i do suggest the security box, makes mounting much easier.
