Lowest percentage shot was on the first deer I ever killed. I shot straight down on a buck only 1 yard from my treestand. I aimed right between his shoulder blades and let the arrow rip. I had taken that shot with a gun and you can guess the outcome. With my bow it was an absolutely idiotic shot. It took me a day and a half to find that buck under a hollowed out old tree. It's intestines had plugged the exit hole, leaving me with no blood trail after 50 yards or so. I was lucky to find that buck as I saw its rack underneath the tree as I exited along a creek. I had searched by myself for nearly 10+ hours, all the while walking up and down steep hills. I took off work the following day to find that buck. I searched for 3-4 hours on the day I shot him, then another 6-7 hours the following day. And to answer your question, NO I would not take that shot again.
