First Take is pop culture talk so I recommend that you stop watching that. But Stephen A would've been gone a long time ago if he was white. Another ESPN guy that's worse than him is Jason Whitlock. I don't think he can talk about a subject without bringing up race.
Whitlock used to be on local radio here and you're right. He turned just about every story into a race debate.
There should be more racism hitching coming up soon because Marvin Lewis definitely deserves to be fired!
I agree and not because his team lost...he doesn't have control of his players. Edit: His 0-7 record in playoffs would also justify his firing...even though had to go with backup qb this time
Yep.. was thinking the same thing. Or the white ref that threw the flag at Pac Man Jones might be another twist....
Marvin Lewis is 0-7 in the playoffs. One other coach was 0-6 but that was with 2 teams 0-4 and 0-2 and a couple others were 0-3.
Sounds like he is staying where he is. I wouldv'e thought that piss poor late game display would have been the nail in the coffin.
Not only does he get to keep his job from the looks of it but it is pretty sad when not only the POS player that got the last flag is saying he Brown was faking and not taking accountability but the POS coach is saying he didn't think it was a foul. No way does he change the attitude of being thugs when he still condones their action.
I've said a lot that the NFL is getting unbearable to watch with the wussification rules set in place now. Some of these personal foul calls and pass interference calls are an absolute joke in the game of football. But that hit on Brown was a vicious display of head hunting and IMO not even up for debate if it was a foul or not. I don't even care who it was... history or not... he tried to rip the head off a defenseless receiver. And does anyone really think Brown in a nano second had the thought process to flop like a dead fish to get a penalty? The dude looked like he was out before he hit the ground.
I would think that the fact that he's in concussion protocol would convince anyone that it wasn't faked. Also, he laid there a long time after the flag was thrown, no reason to keep laying there if he was faking it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
On the flip side, the Browns hire Hue Jackson as the head coach and somehow has triggered yet another racial debate about head coaches???? I don't get it. Isn't that supposed to be a positive for the race baiters>?
*** I really can't take anymore ** It's 2 weeks of Super Bowl coverage and the ONLY thing being talked about is race...... AGAIN! Just an FYI Cam Newton is a black QB playing in the Super Bowl next Sunday. Some people don't care for his dancing. Thought I'd clear that up for those that didn't know.
