Im glad to hear they are durable - as the opinions I have heard on them from my buddies are they are cheap. Definitely convenient and the idea is genius.

I haven't heard the middle of the road on these. All you hear is I love them or I hate them. That's what is bothering me about switching.

The only thing I noticed when I used them is the drop past 40yd. Probably get the same results with a hard helical fletch though. The Twisters weren't as noticeable as the QuickSpins though. I'm sure it's due to the extra drag from the kicker. I don't use them any more due to I just enjoy my Bitz. When I first switched from Blazers to QuickFletch QuickSpins I kept my sight set the same and shot from 20-75yd. Out around 40 is where there was a noticeable difference. The farther out the lower they hit.

I've since went back to fletching my own. I was fletching with straight Blazers for hunting. I use Blazer X2's for my target arrows though. I did try the QuickSpin vanes and really liked them. The only reason I switch back to Blazers for hunting was at the time I was using the same arrow for target as hunting and wanted to stay away from the drop I was getting so I didn't have to change my sight when switching back and forth. Now that I've went to a fat arrow for target, ill be switching back to QuickSpin vanes for hunting on a small diameter arrow this coming season.

Other than the extra cost I don't see any negatives to using them on a hunting set up.

I have to agree with Justin. I have owned a Bitzenberger as well. Loved it because I could do it myself. But these quickfletch vanes, love them. Easier and quicker. Don't mind paying a few extra dollars for the ease of application.

I switched this year also and love them. You cant beat them and not having to wait to get your arrows fleched is a plus also.

I thought all fletchings get worse groups as you go farther

Quick Spins definitely stabilize fixed heads better for me.
