I've been bowhunting for several years and have always swore by blazer vanes. Recently I was introduced to the N.A.P. quickfletch with twister vanes by my dad's hunting buddy that he recently switched to. I figured to myself that there has to be something good about them to make that old hard headed fart make the swap. I know now, after buying my first half dozen today, that he was right and then some. Never again will I have to make another trip to my local pro shop for vanes and wraps.

I switched to them 2 years ago and love them. Don't plan on ever going back to glue!

I don't know that I can justify spending that much more though? Why not just fletch your own? Just playing devils advocate. I go back in forth if I want to buy a fletching jig or buy quickfletch

The honest answer- it's a convenience thing. Being able to fletch a dozen arrows in a few minutes is worth a few extra bucks to people who don't want to glue their own. I haven't used my Bitzenberger jigs in 5 or 6 years now and I don't miss it one bit.

The directions say to soak for 10 seconds but I usually give them more like 15-20 seconds just to be sure

I heard the longer the distance you shoot with them the worse the group gets. Has anyone noticed this?

??? Where did you hear that? I've shot them at a target 60 yards away and the only reason the group 'expanded' is because of the Indian... not the arrow!

I've had no problems with my groups out to 45 yd. haven't really shot them further than that. I use NAP quickfletch with quickspin vanes. I still haven't decided weather I like the archer's choice or bone collector version better, they both fly so well I can't choose.

Never heard that before and I try to shoot out to 60 or 70 yards whenever the range I am at allows. Gotta practice when I can for the long distance shoot at the GTG!!!

I've never shot them but am thinking of using them. I mentioned them at the archery shop to see what they said and they said the further back you go the worse they fly making them less accurate. They probably don't want to lose the $$ of fetching arrows. Thanks for your input.

I've switched completely to Quickfletches. Absolutely love them. Use them on Black Eagle Deep Impacts. Easy to install, extremely durable and fly great. Spot on out to 60+ yards in my testing.
