Sucks you had to use it multiple times already, but that is pretty good customer service right there. As long as the new setup works I think I'd be pretty happy with the outcome. It would make me think pretty hard on the next purchase, but at least you know if something did happen they'd work with you. Sounds like a good shop too.
As a consumer who does not like big box stores and franchises, I big to differ with the whole bigger is better mentality.
Gotta say this, I missed this thread and now am viewing it. A lot of bows we make strings for do fine with servings strings cables etc. But a few come to mind that eat servings and strings because of the poor cam and module design. We work with a customer and try to solve the issues that truly are not our fault but the manufacturer's. But it is good that the Manufacturers are giving good cs because that is disappointing having a bow that is a problem child. Hutch
I have always had good luck with Bowtech. In my eyes the allegiance is still the best shooting bow they have built to date. I loved that bow!!!!!
I owned a bowtech before the chilr that I have now. It never gave me any trouble. I think I actua shot it better than my current set up. I shot the prodigy and the experience the the other day. One of those two bows may be my new bow for next year. Waiting to see what everyone comes out with for 2016 before I pull the trigger on one though.
Wouldn't normally quote myself but seems my luck has run out with my Destroyer, upper limb let go yesterday.
