First off, that's great to see. More people getting into archery. Secondly, welcome to BH.com, your source for all of the bowhunting info you could ever need and a great group of avid bowhunters. What one guy doesn't know someone else surely will. I know you new guys have a ton of questions and sometimes they take a bit to get answered, but have patience and stick with it. Good luck in your new ventures. Be sure you look around in all of the other places here on BH.com, we have a super shopping section, blogs, videos,(some hunting/some informative), trail cam photos and tons of other neat stuff to explore.
I'm new here! You guys will definitely be seeing a lot of me too! I love this place so far, and I hope soon I'll be fitting in with you all.
I really enjoy the site, just wish I would have found it sooner. Look forward to adding my experiences and hopefully helping out others.
Judging by the bucks in your avatar, it would seem like you're in a position to offer help to others! :D
Well I am a NEWB here too, and like it was posted earlier I will be posting and surfing around the threads looking for info, tips, tricks and trade secrets!! I appreciate all the help that I have been given so far.
jmbuckhunter, Thank you for the warm welcome! I plan on purchasing my first bow this March. I'm using the time between now and then to research the equipment that I want to buy. I shot a deer for the first time out of a tree stand and he was only 25 yards away, so I thought hey I could have done it with a bow. Went to Bass Pro and shot a bow and now I think I'm hooked. I look forward to all the info I can gain here. Thanks again, Jimbo
Thanks for the welcome...another showing of why I love the sport of archery and bowhunting. Unlike other sports and hobbies I've participated in, I've met nothing but good people and good attitudes towards me in my quest to become a better archer and hunter. I've hunted before but September will be my first as a bowhunter. I say September since I've just started using a bow and even though I am getting tight groups, I want to be deadly accurate when I'm up in the stand. My local pro shop has a 3-D league with stands and blinds and I've been welcomed to join. With that said, thanks and know that I will extend the same courtesy to those who are new to the sport in the future. From what I've read so far on this sight...great sight, great people. Dave
