Allright, this is honey teriyaki jerky I just made this morning, and it came out excellent. I also made a small batch of bbq.
Wow does that look good or what. I wish i had the jerky making skills like that, mine always has the feel of over cooked bacon.
For those of you that have not had the opportunity to partake in the food that in da woods preps, you are in for a real treat.
Attention to detail.....you have to be persistent about your jerky, watch it closely, and make sure it doesn't get over dried. I use mostly ground me in a semi-dry marinade, never had a "bad" batch in over 20 yrs.......:D Looks like y'all are gonna be eatin' good over there, I hope the weather stays nice for you guys.....
