At least from me. I told the Dr. that I wanted to shoot my bow in two weeks and he told me I was a moron as politely as he could. :p

I'll be at the event for sure but looks like I won't be flinging any arrows.

I like candid doctors, get well and remember to use your other hand if you have to give somebody the bird.

Hey, I am a hand therapist! If I can borrow your new bow for the shoot I will provide one session of therapy. Probably shouldn't tell you that there is little we can do for the first 4-6 weeks other than making splints for your broken digit. Sorry to hear about the break, but at least it isn't October 1st!

When I found out about my last bow I punched a shed door. Let's say the door won. I don't think I broke them but it hurt to move them and they wouldn't stop bleeding for long time. The day it happened I went to the bow shop to shoot a couple bows. At least it wasn't my left hand or I wouldn't have been shooting at all, it was my pinky and ring finger on my right hand. Still have the scars and I can say it wasn't the smartest idea.
