I just made the down payment, which was all of it[IMG]

I worked a job at home for 2 months straight, stayed up until 2:00 AM every night and worked all but one weekend to pay for that damn trailer:)

Su-weet, Gary! You beat me to it a, LOL!

My wife and I walked through two more trailers yesterday afternoon, as a matter of fact... and I was searching trucks on trucktrader.com last night. :D

And you're absolutely right about the used trailers.... I run across them all the time where you can get a five-year-old trailer or thereabouts that's simply IMMACULATE because the owner's only used it two or three times.

I wish more people took that approach - if you want something - work for it!

Congrats! Now let's see a pic of that sucker hooked up to the new rig:cool:

Great pair of purchases, Gary. I'm sure that you and the family will get a lot of use and pleasure out of them. Congrats!

I am not a "new" car guy, but Dodge has some great offers right now on their trucks.

Ford what I wanted 4 doors, V8(4.7 Liter at least), air, crusie, towing package and under 50,000 miles I was going to spend over 20,000 or just under 20,000. I called around and when I told the Dodge guy I did not want to spend over 27,000 for a what I wanted on the truck, he said no problem.

    The ST I got

    4.7 Liter V8
    Power Doors
    Power Windows
    Crusie
    AC
    CD/SAT Radio(1 year)
    Tow/haul mode
    Electronic Stablility Control
    Trailer Sway Control
    Carpet interior
    Bed liner

For had one cheaper, but with not the same options.

And for I even go 0%:)

Sweet! This is a guy who does not look a gift horse in the mouth, and from the size of that beast, I bet even top bunk is pretty cushy!

I don't know when it is. Someone should get planning this thing ;)

Congrats Gary. We have been using our fish house the last couple years for a hunting shack. They boys are just outgrowing it. Looking for a 5th wheel now, one short enough that I can hook the boat behind it.

Sweet rig! I hope to have one of those once the kids get older. My buddy just got a steal on a nice camper recently. Since we hunt together a lot I'll live vicariously through him.

You're gonna be a ramblin' man with your new bow, new camper, and new truck!

    Congrats.

Can't wait. Now we don't have to worry about you taking your shower outside exposed for the world to see.

You going to make it for turkey season? If so I can probably get it arranged so you can stay at Kenny's and hook up to water and electricity.

Excellent advice.....I made the mistake of taking the word of a guy giving me directions one time only to have to back a 30ft camper our of a dead end road.......:(  I made it out, but I was cussin' mad.

Nice looking trailer Gary, I'm sure you and the family will enjoy it greatly. Make SURE you do ALL of the recommended maintenance stuff, and it will last you many years. Especially be cautious with keeping the roof coated appropriately.
