I currently have the '09 model of the hss pro series. I don't really care for the bulk and weight of the vest, so I am looking at maybe getting the muddy or the new gorilla vest. I like the extra long tether on the gorilla vest, but it weighs twice as much as the muddy. Does anybody know how much the hss pro series weighs so I can compare it to the gorilla?
I can't help you with your question, but I have a Muddy and I love it. It's great! I wear mine under my outerlayer and the Muddy fits great under it and doesn't make me hotter during the early season hunts. I'll be buying another Muddy when it is time to replace mine.
