Been so busy with work I haven't posted any pics in the past couple weeks. Caught a little coyote pup howling for its momma, then got her coming to it. Never did get the both of them in the same shot. All taken with a Nikon D300 and a Nikon 200-400 zoom lens. Momma to the rescue... Turkey vulture.. Momma goose and some fuzzies.. Some deer from this past week... And lastly a gobbler in the rain.. Hope everyone has a great Memorial day weekend... Take care Dave
Those coyote pup shots are amazing, Dave! Very well done as always. I really like the tom in the rain too.
Awesome, Dave! Do you manually focus on these or let the auto take over? And were you in a blind for the turkey I assume? Fantastic!
Thanks guys the comments are much appreciated. Greg - these were taken right out my truck window. I keep the camera right on the dash just in case I see something to shoot at. It's kinda like road hunting but leagal.. lol. ...
Amazing photos Dave... as others have said... keep them coming!!! I enjoy nature photography but havn't taken the jump in to a digital SLR yet.... my Nikon P90 has been great but the more photo's I shoot the more I want out of the camera that it can't do!
Nice pictures yourself...I just started picking up the camera this last spring. I've decided it's something I really like and besides now I can harvest some wildlife in a different way. I never go hunting or in the woods ANYMORE without a camera! There are so many times I could have kicked myself in the a-- for not having a camera along. Take Care
