I could be wrong here, but I thought I checked out the Frog Togs at a store and felt it was pretty loud.

Best raingear for a reasonable price that I've found is the Gander Mountain Guide series. It's packagle, has a soft fairly quiet poly outside shell, and has the waterproof liner inside. It's not insulated, but makes a great shell. I think I paid $70 for my entire set, and I've hunted total downpours with it......it definitely keeps me dry.

The regular frogg toggs stuff is basically breathable tyvek. It works great but it's not particularly quiet.

I wouldn't use it for bowhunting. It's great for bowfishing tho'. (unless you stand too close to the exhaust on the generator...)
