these are great boots at a great price - $90. I own a pair and my feet stay warm down to 10* in just a pair of these Bass Pro socks (which really are the best socks ever. They last for years)

aside from that, your question is too generic. How much you looking to spend, and what kind of hunting do you do? Big difference between open stand hunting vs. ground or box blind.

Personally, if I was just starting out I would probably buy an IWOM.

I've been putting my new ScentLok Divergent suit through it's paces this late season and it hasn't let me down yet. In fact, I may go on record saying it's my favorite cold-weather hunting suit of all time. I've hunted down into the teens and been very comfortable. I sat tonight in low 30's, wind and snow with nothing under it but some merino wool and was never even close to cold. It's pricey, but damn is it nice.

Not sure, but I’ll let you know.
Sold my Sitka Fanatic set and bought a pair of Rivers West bibs. Every bit as warm with a lot less bulk. Wish they had a couple zippers on the thigh pockets and maybe a small pouch for wind checker on the right one. Things I can add this summer.
