Looking for a new trail camera.

    I'm looking to do some scouting for next year and was wondering, what trail camera have you had the best experience with? Looking to be somewhat on the cheaper side if possible. I have no clue what's good as I was always just given a random one by my uncle. I have a Stealth cam g42-ng and haven't had a good experience with it. What would you recommend?

    The G42NG has a pretty good reputation, what kind of problems are you having? I recently got a Browning Strike Force HD and have really been happy with it. I recommend you go to trailcampro.com and check out the reviews on the different cams.

    Never had issue's with my Stealth G42NG, Bushnell HD isn't bad but dont like the battery tray.

    just don't get a moultrie and you'll be happy :tu:

    I would check out the stealth cam P series or the Covert MPE6.What kind of problems are you having with your G42 ?

    The G42 shouldn't be acting up, they are great cameras. I would say get a Stealth Cam G30, For $120 On Amazon, With a 32gb card. Battery life is excellent, Get some good batteries, I've tried rechargable batteries but they don't perform as well.
