No im just assuming what house party do you go to where there is dancing and all that but there is no drinking the girl was 24 so im just guessing, especially around midnight I think it said.
Id like to think that is a strong assumption for any gun owner period, but add to the fact he is also LEO. He could have been but until the facts are on the table I am going to assume he was not.
