Found a nice Shed 3/23/09, carried it around for awhile while looking for more or better, the match. I took a break and was looking at it more closely, and noticed it still had some hair and hide under the burr. Then i noticed what looked like a pebble embedded in it. I wiggled the piece until it finally let go, and all be dambed it was the tip of another bucks tine that had went under the hide, and snapped off  How cool is that??

That's definitely a new one for me, too. I'm gonna go downstairs and root through the shed bin now and see if I've got anything with any pedicle damage.

    Nice shed too! Huntable buck?

Dude, you're killin' it this year! Everytime I log on, you're finding more sheds and deads. You need to slow down and let me catch up.
