If anyone takes that signature as anything more than me making fun of myself they need to seriously work on their sense of humor :d

No, I don't even talk to the other hunters who I share property with....

On another property a couple years ago, I had someone put human (I am guessing human) hair clippings all around the base of my tree and in a scrape near my stand. I also found a "new" empty ammonia bottle near by.

I have also had someone put get out signs on the base of a tree that I have a lock on in. Competition for land where I hunt is heavy and some people act like an ass and try to ruin things for others.

that's all you need before the season. why not leave a note for them to man up & do a face to face w/you, or don't they have the set to back it up. seems real easy to do what they're doing. hope you catch them in the act.

You feel me being reclusive and avoiding speaking to the other guys I have to share land with would be grounds for them to do things like that? After hearing how "lucky" I am from them everytime bucks get brought up and them constantly asking me what I saw, you have no interest in speaking with them.

Not to mention as many stands, steps and game cams I have had stolen.... You really don't want anything to with your locals. I think it is just sour grapes from someone. I would just like to know who.

Grounds for??.........no. Unless you did something to them there is no grounds for something so childish. Even then it would be weak. I'm not justifying it at all, just stating the obvious that someone thinks you are a jerk. If someone I shared land with avoided me and wouldn't talk with me I might think the same quite easily. My only point was getting to know someone a little and sharing some friendly chatter goes a long way when you are both forced to play in the same sand box. Having said that some people are just plain idiots and nothing will change that.

So you have spoken with them in the past.......well, at least you tried.

Whole other story right there........it just sucks that we all have to deal with crap like that. Friend of my brother confronted a trespasser last year and they had a less then pleasant exchange of words.......next week his cabin was totally trashed. Unfortunately in most cases like this the D-bags always win.

Definately.........the stuff you are facing is PERSONAL......someone is not after your stuff or your spots........they want to stick it to you directly.

Some people are really messed up man........it's amazing how an antlered deer turns grown men into friggin' idiots.
