I hunt mostly public land and I want to know which tree stand would be better for taking in and out on a daily basis. Right now I have the Summit Viper and I do like it. I was just wondering if the Lone Wolf hanging stand with climbing sticks easier and a faster climb. Again i cant keep it in the tree but can the Lone Wolf stand be used for the same application as a climber like the summit? Any help or comments appreciated.

Basically...if you use a climber you are limited on the trees you can use. With LW with sticks you can still use it on the straight trees, but t also the crooked gnarly ones too.

easier and faster and a lot less headach would be the climber. i would hate to lug in a stand and climbing sticks everytime i i went in to hunt and then have to set the whole thing up.

I am leaning towards the same purchase as well, the one big thing I dislike about the climber is the guard rail which makes it IMPOSSIBLE for me to shoot while seated, so I am constantly keeping to stand up if I hear anything remotely close to a deer, I am putting the Alpha II n Climbing sticks on my christmas list, so we will see haha, but I also like the ability to go up not straight trees as well

Lone wolfs climbers are the best bowhunting climbers out there but very pricy!! If you are just bowhunting this is the climber to have. You could always sell your climber abd get a lone wolf climber.
